Admissions open every year from the 10th to the 20th of Shawwal according to the Islamic calendar. This is your opportunity to enroll in the university and receive quality religious and ethical education.

Note: In Hifz Department (Boys) and Girls’ Departments:
Limited seats are available, so apply early.

Details of Departments:

Department of Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence:
Admission is conditional upon passing a written test.

Department of Dars e Nizami:
No written test is required.

Department of Hifz ul Quran & Tajveed:
No written test is required.

Distance Learning

Department of Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence:
Admission is conditional upon passing a written test.

Fee Details

Hifz Department (Boys):

Annual Registration Fee: 3,000 PKR
Monthly Fee: 1,000 PKR

Note: Other boys’ departments have no fees; only the Hifz department requires payment.

Girls’ Department:

Annual Registration Fee: 2,000 PKR
Monthly Fee: 3,000 PKR
Note: The above fees apply to all girls’ departments.

Distance Learning Program:

Department of Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence:

Annual Registration Fee: 1,000 PKR
Monthly Fee: 1,000 PKR

Note: The above fees apply to the boys and girls department.

Admission Procedure

Submit the completed admission form along with the required documents and fees (only applicable for Distance Learning, Hifz Boys, and all Girls’ Departments) during the admission period.

  1. Fee Submission at Admission Time:
    At the time of admission, it is mandatory to submit the yearly registration fee and the first month’s fee for the following departments:

    Distance Learning Program
    Hifz Department (Boys)
    All Departments in the Girls’ Section

  2. Two (2) passport-sized photographs
  3. Copy of ID card or Form B
    Copy of the father’s ID card

Additional Certifications:

  • Rabita is also authorized to issue Shahadat-ul-Tahfeez-ul-Quran and Shahadat-ul-Tajweed-ul-Quran.
    • Shahadat-ul-Tahfeez-ul-Quran along with Shahadat-ul-Ibtidaiyyah is equivalent to Shahadat-ul-Mutawassitah.
    • Shahadat-ul-Tajweed-ul-Quran along with Shahadat-ul-Sanawiyyah Al-Aammah is equivalent to Shahadat-ul-Sanawiyyah Al-Khassah.

Examination Schedule:

  • Examinations are held twice a year:
    1. Annual Examination (Al-Imtihan As-Sanawi): Conducted in the last week of Rajab.
    2. Mid-Year Examination (Al-Imtihan Al-Fasli): Conducted in the last week of Dhul-Hijjah.

Eligibility Requirements for Examinations

  1. Prerequisite: The student must have passed the relevant or equivalent examination at least two years prior.
  2. Enrollment: The student must have been enrolled in an affiliated Madrasa/Darul Uloom/University for two years with 75% attendance.
  3. Documents Required:
    1. Completed admission form submitted through the head of the institution.
    2. A copy of the National Identity Card
    3. Two (2) verified photographs.

Equivalence of Certificates

Certificates from other recognized boards or organizations approved by Rabita-tul-Madaris will also be accepted under specific rules.

Pass Marks and Grading System

  1. Passing Marks: 40% in each subject.
  2. Overall Pass Requirement: Must pass all subjects.

Examination Fees

Regular Examination

The exam fees for the board exams must be submitted to the Jamia office at least two months before the scheduled date of the exam. For regular annual exams, the fees should be paid as per the specified rates.

Supplementary Examination

The improvement exam is held in the last week of Zilhijjah. The exam fees for the improvement must be submitted to the Jamia office at least two months before the scheduled date of the exam.
